Fishing adventure during the weekend in the heart of Rhodopes Mountain – the land of mythological Orpheus.

We offer you to spend the weekend having a fishing excursion along one of the beautiful dam-lakes hidden in Rhodopes Mountain – Batak, Dospat or Shiroka poliana. The dam-lakes offer superb opportunities for camping sites, water tourism, fishing, water sports, hiking and recreation. They are located amongst the ravishing Rhodopes countryside.

ITINERARY

1 day. Meeting of the group at Sofia airport. Transfer by road to Velingrad – the largest spa resort in Bulgaria. We will have a diner at the beautiful lake near the biggest karsts spring in Bulgaria – "Kleptuza" (output 570 l/sec). Transfer of the group to the chosen dam-lake. We provide sleeping accommodation for you.

2 day. After having a breakfast, we are on a boat and scooter fishing trip exploring the dam-lake. We will organise for you a picnic at lunchtime enjoying the magnificent places near the dam-lake. In the evening, everyone is invited around the bonfire.

3 day. After having a breakfast, we are on a boat and scooter fishing trip exploring the dam-lake. Transfer of the group to Velingrad. We will have a lunch with traditional Bulgarian dishes. Opportunities for mineral spa relaxation and swimming in a hot mineral swimming pool. Then transfer of the group to Sofia.

Sleeping accommodation: Two nights are spent in a camping near the dam-lake Shiroka poliana, in a hotel "Panorama" near the dam-lake Batak or in the village Sarnitca near the dam-lake Dospat into an attractive and atmospheric hotel.

Meals included: Meals are included (from the beginning of journey – dinner at the first day to lunch at the third day in the end of journey).

Extra expenses: You will need about 10 € for entrance to swimming pools and about 35 € for the purchase of drinks with meals and traditional handcrafts.

Children: Children under 6 years are not required for this journey.

Transport: We provide the transport by private bus. The package includes boat and scooter trip.
