We offer you having a look at Rila Monastery by 2 729 m. above sea level. Climb up the peak of Maliovitca! It's one of the most attractive peaks in Rila Mountain. Here you may have an approach to many picturesque sites.

The peak of Maliovitca towers up above the valley of the river called "Maliovitca". It's not difficult for the peak to be shown in background, if you have a look toward the valley. The northern slope of the peak, as may carefully see, is almost a vertical wall, and the southern one, is overgrown grass and open-wide. Eastwards at the slope of the peak are situated the lake called "Eleninito" and two small lakes. Northwards, at the foot of the peak are situated lakes called "Malioviski".

WE MARCH TO

Day 1. Departing from Sofia. Transporting the group to Govedartzi village. We'll provide sleeping accommodation for you at camping called "Bor". There are local sanitary rooms provided with hot water. We'll have dinner at the restaurant here. Everyone is invited.

Day 2. After having a breakfast, we'll organize our departure by private bus to famous resort, known as well as "Maliovitca". We'll climb up to mountain hostel "Maliovitca". Here, we'll have a rest. You may ask for a cup of coffee or tea. From this position, we'll start on our climbing up toward the peak. We'll offer you an opportunity to have a lunch and drink some coffee/tea, enjoying the unforgettable views toward the ridges of Rila Mountain. If you carefully have a look at the foot of the Mountain, you'll recognize the Rila Monastery, snuggled to wooded country. Here, in the rest of our hospitality, we shall climb down to the mountain hostel "Maliovitca". We provide sleeping accommodation. Everyone is invited into dinner.

Day 3. After having a breakfast, we'll offer you an attractive climbing up towards Lakes of Maliovitca. Here you may go fishing. Taking a sunbath is also lovely possibility. When the lunchtime arrives, we'll have our picnic near the lakes. From this position we'll organize our departure by climbing down to "Maliovitca" resort and transporting the group to Sofia.

Sleeping accommodation: We'll spend the night once at camping "Bor", situated above Govedartzi village. We'll also stay for a night at mountain hostel, called "Maliovitca".

Meals included (Standard package): Meals are included (from the beginning of journey – dinner at first day to lunch at last third day in the end of journey).

Meals included (Individual package): With this package, you choose by your own decision where to have our places for eating and meals. Every cup of coffee or tea is free.

Extra expenses: You'll need about 35 € to provide alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. Also you may probably purchase some souvenirs.

Children: Children under 7 years are not required for this journey. We'll pay back 10 % for children up 7 to 16 years old.

Transport: We provide transporting by private bus. You don't need to pay additional. It's included to package.
Starting point: If you arrive from Sofia, we'll wait for you at 5:30 PM, on Friday, in front of Memorial temple "Al. Nevski". If you don't arrive from Sofia, we'll wait for you and take you at comfortable time. All you need is to be at bus station in Samokov.
